Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall apply:
- Full payment must be received 14 days prior to collection.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before date of travel will incur a
charge of 25% of total fare.
- Cacellations made less than 7 days before date of travel will be charged in
full.
- Increases in journey distance at the request of the client, will be charged
on a pro rata basis.
- Passenger numbers as per booking form, extra persons will only be
accommodated if space allows, and will incur a cash payment as per price
schedule.
- The volume of luggage must be disclosed on booking form, extra luggage will
only be accommodated only if space allows.
- If for any reason the taxi does not arrive within 2 hours of the specified
collection time or flight arrival time, the cost incurred of alternative
arrangements will be bourn by Eire-Taxi.com to the value of existing
agreement.
- Eire-Taxi.com will allow a 2 hour time extension to all delayed flights
from due flight time, an hourly rate of €25.00 (euro) is payable
thereafter.
- Due to current government legislation all Irish taxis are non-smoking and
no food or alcohol may be consumed.
- Wearing of seat belts is compulsory.
- All animals must be disclosed on booking form and will only be transported
in secure boxes.
